MS Tissue Bank

The research being done in Edinburgh and elsewhere depends heavily on the MS Tissue Bank having the resources to supply material for research.  If you are not already a donor please consider becoming one. You can be a donor to both the national Organ Donor scheme and to the Tissue bank.

The MS Tissue Bank stores samples of donated brain and spinal cord tissue which is used in research into the disease.  Volunteer donors both with and without MS are always needed. There is a lot of detail on their website which you can link to from here:-
